The Tufa family
Run by Ardian Tufa. To everyone, Nari.
The restaurant carries his name. He opened it in 1994 on a hill ringed with vines and olive trees, and has run it since with his family.
The first customers still come, now with their children and grandchildren. That is the measure that matters most to us.

The land
The vineyards, olive groves and garden grew alongside the restaurant. Today they cover most of what we serve.
