Open since January 2020, in the same courtyard as the restaurant. Breakfast comes from the farm.

Sleep among the vines, wake to a farm breakfast.
The guest house shares its courtyard with the restaurant and the garden , five kilometres from central Tirana, but far enough to hear nothing but birds.
The rooms are new, warm and full of daylight, and most look out over the hills. Breakfast is served in the restaurant: cheese, yoghurt, butter, eggs and honey from our own farm.
Room types
Six types, eleven rooms.
Every room has its own entrance, is soundproofed and looks out over the hills. They differ only in floor area, in the bed, and in whether they have a balcony.
The base room: bare stone wall, wooden floor and light from the east.
The same floor area, with a seating corner and a writing desk. Takes an extra bed.
With its own balcony over the courtyard. In good weather breakfast can be taken outside.
For guests travelling together but sleeping apart. Stone wall and writing desk.
Five square metres more, with room for a third bed without crowding the floor.
The best view in the house: the tower, the vineyards and Mount Dajti behind them.
Rates vary with the season and the length of stay. Send us your dates and we answer the same day.
The house
Breakfast
Breakfast is included and served in the restaurant: white cheese, yoghurt, butter, farm eggs and honey, all from the farm, 1.5 km up the road.
The courtyard
The guest house shares its courtyard with the restaurant: twenty thousand square metres of green, a playground for children and private parking inside the gate.

About the rooms
Reception
Reception is staffed day and night. Albanian paintings hang in the entrance and along the corridors, collected by the family over the years.
Bathrooms
Every room has its own bathroom, with a glass shower or a bath, thick towels and a set of toiletries waiting when you arrive.
For children
There is a playground in the courtyard with slides, swings and climbing frames, among the trees and in full view of the tables. Children up to two stay free.

How many rooms are there?
Eleven rooms in six types, open since January 2020, in the same courtyard as the restaurant.
How far is it from central Tirana?
Five kilometres. About fifteen minutes by car from the centre, depending on traffic.
Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is included in the room rate and is made with produce from our own farm: cheese, yoghurt, butter and olive oil.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 12:30. Check-out by 11:00.
Is there parking and Wi-Fi?
Yes, both free for guests, with parking inside the courtyard.
Do you accept pets?
No, we do not accept pets in the rooms.
